About the Role

Lead operation, maintenance, and improvement of a prestigious high-rise commercial property including all engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and improvement of high-rise commercial property
• Manage electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS, fire protection, and telecommunications systems
• Supervise engineering teams and outsourced maintenance providers
• Develop engineering policies and preventive maintenance programs
• Drive energy management initiatives to reduce operational costs
• Manage departmental budgets and collaborate with consultants and tenants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• MBA or MSc in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years in engineering operations and maintenance of high-rise commercial buildings
• Technical expertise in electrical systems, HVAC, generators, BMS, and fire detection
