Lead technical services and business development across multiple segments for a cement manufacturer in Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Services function with focus on business opportunity development
• Develop B2B and retail project opportunities through stakeholder engagement
• Deliver technical support, application guidance, and solutioning to customers
• Collaborate with sales, quality, plant, and logistics teams
• Manage customer complaints and root-cause analysis

Requirements

• BSc Engineering in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution
• Minimum 10 years experience in construction and related sectors
• 2-3 years in a managerial position
