About the Role

Lead operations at a luxury jewelry showroom in Colombo 4, managing high-value inventory, customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and customer experiences
• Lead and train staff to achieve sales targets
• Manage high-value inventory and customer relationships
• Handle inquiries, custom orders, and after-sales service
• Monitor stock movements and replenishment
• Ensure visual merchandising meets luxury standards
• Prepare sales reports
• Coordinate with production, marketing, and customer service teams
• Drive sales growth initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in retail management, luxury retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Fluency in Sinhala and English (Tamil preferred)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor
