About the Role

Manage daily operations of a dairy milk collection, storage, distribution, and retail outlet in Athurugiriya, including staff supervision and sales.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the milk collection, storage, distribution, and retail outlet
Manage early morning milk deliveries and receipt coordination
Maintain proper storage, hygiene, and quality control
Handle retail sales and customer interactions
Maintain sales, stock, and accounting records
Supervise shop assistants and support staff
Coordinate bulk orders and customer deliveries
Ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance

Requirements

G.C.E. A/L or Diploma in relevant field
Minimum 1 year experience in retail, FMCG, dairy, or hospitality
Ability to work early morning hours
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Cash management and stock handling experience
Honest, responsible, and self-motivated character
