About the Role

Oversee all kitchen operations at Radisson Collection Resort Galle, create innovative menus, lead and develop the culinary team, and maintain luxury food standards and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee kitchen operations across all outlets with focus on food quality and presentation
Create innovative menus aligned with brand standards and market trends
Lead and develop the culinary team
Manage food costs, budgeting, and inventory
Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements

Requirements

Proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
Culinary Arts diploma or formal training (preferred)
Leadership skills for large kitchen teams
International cuisine expertise and knowledge of modern techniques
Financial acumen in costing and budgeting
Strong organizational and communication abilities
