Responsibilities

Establish brand standards for bar operations
Recruit and develop bar team members with career advancement support
Drive sales while controlling costs and maximizing profits
Manage inventory for beverages and supplies with regular stock rotation
Maintain quality control, hygiene, and health/safety standards
Conduct monthly inventory analysis and optimize beverage ratios

Requirements

Hotel management degree or related qualification
2+ years as Bar Manager in a five-star city hotel
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient computer skills
Knowledge of spices/herbal herbs and flavor extraction
Mixology expertise
Team leadership and motivation capabilities
