Responsibilities
- Execute daily mise-en-place and live cooking for Western a la carte menu at launch
- Deliver modern Western plating with attention to clean lines, artistic composition, and absolute neatness
- Manage station organization, ingredient freshness, and kitchen prep pacing independently
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Western cuisine at boutique resorts, star-class hotels, or high-end restaurants
- Exceptional plating and visual presentation skills
- Self-motivated mindset suited to launching new kitchen operations
- Strong Western culinary technique fundamentals
