Manage dairy and livestock farm operations including staff, infrastructure, and financials for Fonterra's Sri Lanka operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of dairy and livestock farm operations
- Lead and develop farm staff
- Oversee farm infrastructure and equipment
- Manage farm financials and budgets
- Ensure animal welfare and production standards
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in dairy, livestock management and farm operations
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Farm Management, or Livestock Management
- Strong people management skills
- IT proficiency and communication skills
- Financial management experience preferred
