About the Role
Drive regional sales of fertilizers and agro-chemicals by managing dealer networks and farmer societies across Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage regional dealer and distributor networks
- Engage with farmer societies and agricultural institutes
- Lead and manage the regional sales team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Report on sales performance and market insights
Requirements
- Diploma in Agriculture, NDT, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in fertilizer or agro-chemical sales and team management
- Familiarity with farmer societies, institutes, and dealer networks
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
