About the Role

Supervise broiler and poultry farm operations ensuring production targets, animal welfare standards, and farm maintenance for Ceylon Grain Elevators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily farm operations and staff
• Monitor poultry health and production performance
• Ensure compliance with farm management standards
• Maintain farm equipment and facilities
• Submit regular production reports

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or professional qualifications in Agriculture or Animal Husbandry
• Knowledge of broiler farming or poultry management advantageous
• English language proficiency
• Willingness to reside on-site
