Manage regional agro product sales and distribution for Lankem Ceylon PLC, one of Sri Lanka's largest conglomerates.

Responsibilities

• Manage area-level agro product sales and distribution
• Build and maintain dealer and distributor relationships
• Achieve regional sales targets
• Provide market intelligence to senior management
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams

Requirements

• Agriculture or agro-business management experience
• Track record in area or regional sales management
• Knowledge of agricultural inputs and pest control products
