Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil construction activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and subcontractors
• Review construction drawings and technical documentation
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot technical challenges, implement engineering solutions
• Maintain compliance with project timelines, budgets, and resource plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of professional construction experience
• At least 5 years specifically in building construction projects
• Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, project oversight, and quality control
