Responsibilities

• Cost estimation and project budgeting
• Tender preparation and evaluation
• Contract administration and documentation
• Quantity take-offs and measurements
• Cost control and project monitoring
• Preparation of valuations and progress reports

Requirements

• Quantity surveying qualification or equivalent
• Construction contracts and cost management knowledge
• Computer proficiency and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
