Responsibilities

• Lead effective execution of product development for assigned categories
• Develop merchandising objectives and action plans
• Manage sample development timelines and profitability
• Build customer relationships for product development goals
• Supervise Development Merchandisers team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing, Clothing Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing
• 1-2 years in merchandising with bra product experience preferred
• Customer insights, calendar management, IT/digital skills
• Product costing proficiency
