About the Role
Create garment patterns, coordinate with production teams, and ensure accurate fitting and size grading for Lyceum Global Holdings in Kurunegala.
Responsibilities
- Create garment patterns based on design specifications
- Interpret technical sketches and designs
- Coordinate with sample and production teams
- Ensure accurate fitting and size grading
- Support sample development process
- Identify and resolve fit issues
- Maintain technical documentation
- Uphold production quality standards
Requirements
- 3 years experience in garment pattern making and technical coordination
- Knowledge of CAD pattern systems advantageous
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fitting
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Relevant qualifications in Textile/Apparel Technology preferred
