Senior Backend Engineer / API Integration Engineer

About the Role

Senior backend engineer specializing in Go services, API integration, database architecture, and transaction-heavy systems on AWS infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Go/Golang
• Build REST APIs, internal APIs, admin APIs, callbacks, and webhooks
• Design database schemas, migrations, and optimized queries
• Implement retry logic, timeout handling, idempotency, and failure-state management
• Integrate third-party APIs and maintain integration documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years backend development experience
• 3+ years hands-on Go/Golang development
• Strong SQL and database design proficiency
• AWS experience (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3)
