About the Role
Oversee financial control, reporting, and investment performance monitoring for the Bank of Ceylon's subsidiary entities and investment portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and control for BOC subsidiaries
- Monitor investment performance and ensure accurate financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory reporting requirements
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent
- Extensive experience in financial control in a banking environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and banking sector regulations
