Senior Accountant - Property Accounting

About the Role

Manage property accounting functions for Australian clients, including lease accounting, property portfolio reporting, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage property and lease accounting for Australian client portfolios
• Prepare month-end close entries and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 16/AASB 16 lease accounting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA qualification
• 3+ years experience in accounting with property or lease accounting exposure preferred
