About the Role
Conduct motor vehicle claims inspections, assessing accident damage, detecting fraudulent claims, and preparing inspection reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct motor vehicle inspections within company service standards
- Complete inspection reports within 48 hours and upload photos to system
- Detect fraudulent or staged claims during on-site evaluations
- Collaborate with Motor Claims department to minimize claim leakage
Requirements
- GCE A/L completion required
- Minimum 2 years experience in insurance claims or motor inspection duties
- Knowledge of automobile mechanics, collision repair, and vehicle market values
