About the Role
Manage client inquiries and property viewings for a luxury real estate company, supporting owners, buyers, and tenants throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Conduct property viewings on behalf of senior agents
- Communicate with landlords, tenants, and clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Support conversion pipeline from inquiry through closing
Requirements
- 1+ years customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Well-organized, proactive, target-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments
