About the Role

Lead all kitchen operations at a luxury nursing home in Mount Lavinia, preparing local and international meals for 180+ residents and managing a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality local and international meals for 180+ resident senior citizens and staff
• Manage kitchen team operations
• Oversee complete kitchen operations
• Maintain high hygiene standards

Requirements

• Age 35-55 years
• Advanced Level education
• Minimum 10 years kitchen experience
• At least 5 years as Head Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, or Kitchen Manager
• Ability to prepare Sri Lankan and international dishes
• Good English communication skills
