Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes based on targets
• Determine staffing requirements and resource allocation
• Improve production efficiency
• Maintain absenteeism below 4% daily
• Keep monthly turnover under 4%
• Ensure sewing lines achieve learning curves and standard hours

Requirements

• GCE A/L with Diploma in Production Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity
