About the Role

Manage end-to-end import logistics, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders and clearing agents for an automotive importer.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipment scheduling, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements
Manage documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs forms
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents
Monitor shipments for timely delivery and resolve operational issues
Maintain warehouse and inventory coordination
Ensure regulatory compliance with customs procedures

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
2-4 years of relevant experience
Sound knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
MS Office proficiency
Valid vehicle driving license
