About the Role

Lead all operations of a tea, rubber, or cinnamon estate including field operations, workforce management, quality assurance, and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and crop management
• Manage unionized workforce
• Ensure quality assurance across estate operations
• Handle estate administration and reporting
• Manage resources and assets sustainably
• Implement health, safety, and environmental compliance

Requirements

• Formal qualification in plantation management from a recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same capacity
• Age below 45 years
• Proven track record managing unionized workers
• Fluency in English and Tamil
