Responsibilities

Cultivation and nursery management of new saplings
Planting and replanting operations
Field maintenance including pruning, weeding, and fertilizing cycles
Harvesting processes
People management
Quality assurance metrics implementation
Use of agriculture-related software

Requirements

Advanced Level education
Minimum 1 year work experience
Genuine interest in tea agriculture
High energy and strong work ethic
Basic English proficiency and IT competency

What we offer
