Graduate Trainee - Merchandising

About the Role

Entry-level trainee role supporting the Merchandising Manager in ensuring garments are produced and delivered on time per approved designs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample development based on technical pack specifications and cost expectations
• Support internal teams and suppliers during sample development and costing phases
• Collaborate with teams and customers on sampling approvals and documentation
• Develop expertise in related merchandising processes and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Clothing Technology, or related field
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Fluent English communication and computer proficiency
