About the Role
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll oversight, and HR compliance for a global professional services firm's Sri Lanka operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Support performance management systems
- Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Manage payroll and HR operations
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- MS Office proficiency
- HR certification (CIPM, SHRM) preferred
