About the Role
Serve as HR Business Partner at branch level in Kurunegala, coordinating recruitment, employee lifecycle management, training, and welfare initiatives while liaising with Head Office HR.
Responsibilities
- Function as HR Business Partner at branch level
- Coordinate recruitment activities and employee inductions
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and documentation
- Prepare monthly HR reports and organizational updates
- Coordinate training needs and budget tracking
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Requirements
- Professional HRM qualification or Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business Administration
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, branch HR, or HR generalist roles
- Knowledge of HR processes, reporting, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- MS Office proficiency
