About the Role

Pragathi Civil Construction in Kandy is seeking an experienced QS with 3+ years in road and infrastructure projects, skilled in BOQ preparation, interim valuations, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs
Prepare interim valuations and office-based estimations
Prepare final accounts
Calculate price fluctuation/escalation

Requirements

NCT, HND, NDT, or Degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 3 years experience in road and infrastructure projects
