About the Role

Recovery officer at Abans Group to manage debt collection, lease balance reconciliation, and documentation for the financial services division.

Responsibilities

• Timely submission of documents to leasing companies
• Payment collection per schedules
• Reconciliation of lease balances between amounts due and amounts collected
• Follow up on overdue accounts
• Resolve documentation issues
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain accurate records

Requirements

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification
• Minimum 2 years experience in credit, administration, collections, recovery, or field supervision in finance or microfinance sectors
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
