Senior executive chef at Radisson Collection Resort Galle to oversee all kitchen operations, lead the culinary team, and create innovative menus aligned with Radisson brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations across all outlets
• Maintain highest standards of food quality, presentation and service
• Create innovative menus aligned with brand standards and market trends
• Lead, train and develop the culinary team
• Manage food costs, budgeting and inventory for profitability
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
• Monitor guest feedback and implement dining experience improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
• Strong leadership capability managing large kitchen teams
• Knowledge of international cuisines and modern culinary techniques
• Financial acumen in food costing and budgeting
• Formal culinary training or Culinary Arts diploma preferred
