Responsibilities

• Lead the full pre-opening phase of a luxury boutique hotel opening September 2026
• Establish operational standards and SOPs
• Curate memorable, high-end guest journey
• Build and mentor a high-performance hotel team
• Manage stakeholder and PR relationships
• Oversee all hotel departments from launch

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in hotel pre-openings
• Strong foundation in Rooms Division with luxury guest experience knowledge
• Comprehensive understanding of all hotel operations
• Strong PR and stakeholder management capabilities
• Prior exposure to Sri Lanka's Southern coastal region preferred
