Senior chef de cuisine at Teardrop Hotels' Camellia Hills tea bungalow in Dickoya to lead all culinary operations and prepare Sri Lankan and Western cuisine to fine-dining standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead all culinary operations at Camellia Hills 5-bedroom tea bungalow
- Prepare and present Sri Lankan and Western cuisine to fine-dining standards
- Source local ingredients and design seasonal menus
- Train and manage kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- Well versed in Sri Lankan and Western Cuisine
- Focus on food presentation and fine dining standards
- Computer literate in MS Office packages
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a boutique hotel or tea estate setting preferred
