Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations at Kumu Beach boutique property
• Ensure delivery of exceptional luxury guest experiences
• Lead and develop the property-level team
• Manage all hotel departments including F&B, front office and housekeeping
• Uphold Teardrop Hotels' sustainability and experiential luxury standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel operations management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Background in luxury or boutique hospitality
• Experience managing multiple hotel departments
