Responsibilities
- Execute food preparation and presentation at a Relais & Chateaux luxury property
- Manage a specific kitchen section or station
- Maintain Resplendent Ceylon's high culinary standards
- Support Head Chef in menu execution and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a luxury hotel
- Fluency in English
- Proven culinary skills relevant to kitchen station role
