Senior beverage manager at Cape Weligama (Relais & Chateaux) to lead all beverage operations, develop bar programmes, and manage the bar team.
Responsibilities
- Lead all beverage operations at Cape Weligama luxury clifftop resort
- Develop and maintain innovative beverage menus and cocktail programmes
- Manage bar team and ensure consistent quality and guest experience
- Uphold Relais & Chateaux luxury and service standards
- Control beverage costs and manage inventory
Requirements
- Proven experience as Beverage Manager or senior bar professional
- Minimum 3 years in a luxury hospitality property
- Fluency in English
