About the Role

Lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations for US healthcare clients from Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end RCM operations for client groups
• Lead and mentor RCM staff with performance targets
• Drive RCM strategies and KPI improvement
• Evaluate workflows for optimization
• Monitor performance metrics across accounts
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years RCM experience
• 2+ years in assistant manager or higher role
• Expertise across Verifications, Billing, Posting, A/R
• Proven track record managing multiple teams
• Experience with multiple specialties and RCM systems
• Ability to work US business hours (night shift)
