About the Role

Lead medical service operations for the dental division at Sunshine Healthcare Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the dental product/service division
• Build relationships with dental practitioners and institutions
• Drive sales and market share growth in dental segment
• Develop and execute marketing strategies
• Train and support field team on dental products

Requirements

• Degree in Business or Healthcare Management
• Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industry
• Experience in dental healthcare segment preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
