Construction Manager

About the Role

Oversee and manage large-scale construction projects for Maga Engineering in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall construction operations on site
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and client
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor quality and compliance with specifications
• Resolve site issues and disputes
• Prepare progress reports for management and client

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years construction experience with 3+ years in management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of ICTAD/FIDIC contracts
• Professional engineering membership preferred
