About the Role
Manage construction project costs and contracts at Maga Engineering's Colombo projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Manage project budgets and cash flows
- Assess variations and prepare claims
- Conduct measurements and valuations
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors on contract matters
- Prepare interim payment certificates
Requirements
- Degree or HNDE in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years QS experience in building or civil projects
- Knowledge of ICTAD contracts
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- IQSSL membership preferred
