About the Role
Manage construction project costs and contracts for Hayleys Group's construction division.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Manage project budgets and claims
- Conduct site measurements and valuations
- Prepare interim payment certificates
- Manage variation orders and final accounts
- Liaise with project managers and clients
Requirements
- Degree or HNDE/NDQS in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years construction QS experience
- Knowledge of ICTAD conditions of contract
- Strong analytical skills
- IQSSL membership preferred
