Handle reservation inquiries and bookings for Teardrop Hotels from travel agents and direct guests, managing OTA and Channel Manager platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservation inquiries from travel agents and direct guests
• Operate Central Reservation System (CRS) and related platforms
• Convert inquiries into bookings
• Report on occupancy, rates, and budget metrics to management

Requirements

• Minimum two years of prior experience in hotel reservations
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
