Elevate the coffee experience across Food Studio outlets by mastering beverage preparation, managing the coffee brand, and training junior baristas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare premium coffee beverages and train staff on latte art techniques
• Maintain coffee station hygiene, inventory, and equipment standards
• Coach junior baristas
• Conduct quality assessments across locations
• Manage rosters and monitor sales performance

Requirements

• 3 years of lead barista experience
• Strong coffee knowledge and expert latte art abilities
• Cash handling integrity and inventory management expertise
