Oversee specific kitchen sections at Randula Grand Venus Hotel, prepare quality North and South Indian dishes, and supervise junior kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes meeting hotel standards
• Supervise junior kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
• Monitor food quality and minimize waste
• Assist with menu planning

Requirements

• Prior experience as Chef de Partie or Senior Commis Chef
• Expertise in North and South Indian cuisine
• Ability to work under pressure
