Lead Financial Analyst (Mergers & Acquisitions)

About the Role

Analyze target company performance and develop valuation models to support M&A transactions, working with leadership on deal execution and due diligence in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models including DCF valuations and LBO analyses
• Conduct due diligence on target companies
• Create presentation materials and board packs
• Evaluate corporate finance metrics (EBITDA, enterprise value, leverage ratios)
• Partner with clients on transaction execution

Requirements

• 3-5 years overall experience with minimum 1-2 years in senior/managerial role
• Advanced Excel proficiency with financial modeling capabilities
• Fluent written and oral English
• Stable fiber internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
