About the Role

Manage and control the NPL loan portfolio across assigned regions, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing impairment by coordinating with regional recovery coordinators.

Responsibilities

Monitor newly transferred NPL loans
Coordinate with regional recovery coordinators
Drive recovery performance across assigned regions
Manage and control the loan NPL portfolio
Ensure timely recovery and minimize impairment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years Junior Executive experience
4+ years banking/financial sector experience
Debt recovery background preferred
