Senior Service Engineer

About the Role

Senior engineer with 7+ years experience to troubleshoot, maintain, and overhaul marine and industrial engines. Role requires worldwide travel and team leadership on engine service assignments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic failures in 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines
• Execute maintenance, repair, and overhaul work on engine systems
• Organize and lead work teams during job execution
• Interact with customers and provide technical solutions
• Prepare materials lists and spare parts inventories
• Travel worldwide for service assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Marine Engineering
• 7+ years relevant experience in heavy machinery, marine, or power plant servicing
• Strong technical and commercial business understanding
• Leadership and project management experience
