Responsibilities

• Achieve finishing process targets aligned with Time and Action Plans
• Oversee finishing operations for OTD and productivity improvements
• Execute process improvement initiatives
• Lead and manage department staff

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Engineering or Clothing Technology
• 6-9+ years total experience
• Minimum 2 years heading a finishing department in a garment plant
