Assistant Manager – Supply Chain (Trims)

About the Role

Manage assigned trim categories in supply chain operations, driving category management and supplier performance for apparel manufacturing in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Lead category management objectives for trim assignments including strategy and sourcing
• Drive supplier initiatives including onboarding and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams on process standardization
• Provide reporting on category performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
• 3-4 years in apparel sourcing or supply chain with trims exposure
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
