Senior Executive – Divisional Lean Enterprise

About the Role

Drive Lean and Operational Excellence across MAS Active division, developing daily management systems and supporting A3 improvement projects in Nawala.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish A3 improvement projects
• Develop and implement a Daily Management System across the division
• Analyze data and prepare KPIs to support decision-making
• Conduct Gemba Walks with process owners to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Science, Statistics, Product Development Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification
• Lean and CI methodology experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
